You will be helping clients with their insurance questions and needs as well as quoting and binding new policies. Prior insurance experience and Property & Casualty license are required, bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a CSSR within the Johnson Agency, you will be responsible for day to day interaction with our clients and prospects. This includes answering incoming calls and taking walk-ins.

Daily activities will also include the following :

• quote and bind new Personal Lines business
• assist clients with vehicle changes or other policy changes
• schedule and maintain tasks for existing client policies including contacting clients for payments
• review and discuss policy renewals with clients
• assist Agent with scheduling commercial and life appointments
• assist Agent with social media and other marketing
• all other duties as assigned

Requirement

Active Property & Casualty - General Lines license

At least 6 months prior insurance experience preferred

Bilingual preferred
